Next, I present the basic requirements that you must meet to take this big step in your life.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 Photos 2 x 2.
1 Copy of Birth Certificate.
1 Copy of the Vaccine Record.
Official Medical Certificate.
1 report card from the previous school.
Certification of Good Conduct from the Previous School.
Complete the Registration Form.
In the event that the student comes from abroad, the grades from 6th Grade to the last grade completed must be legalized by the Dominican Consulate of the country where they were studying.
Formal Uniform (Per Level):
Initial, Primary and Junior High: white polo-shirt with the school logo, blue pants (thousand stripes). Black or brown school shoes.
Secondary: white polo-shirt with the school logo, navy blue pants with the SDS logo, black or brown school shoes.
Sport Uniform: white SDS t-shirt, navy blue sport pants with the SDS Logo. Black or white sports shoes and without embellishments.
